Jumpin’ Jackson’s Party Rentals has 8 hour time slots to guarantee you have your rental for at least that amount of time. We ask that you choose your time slot so you are guaranteed to have it during that time. However our crews start delivering at 7am and start picking up at 6pm. So you will likely have your rental for way longer than 8 hours. We will contact you the day before to give you our delivery and pickup times for your event.
Jumpin’ Jackson’s is a family based Christian business. We DO NOT deliver during church times on Sunday’s. Your rental will have to be delivered before or after church on Sunday’s. (Likely before) There may be times that we ask to bring the rental Saturday evening to prevent our workers from missing church.
There are several discounts offered to our customers (excluding holiday weekends.)
10% off official church and school functions
10% off for repeat customers in the same calendar year (any rental after your first qualifies.)
30% off for multi-day reservations (30% off for day 2 and 40% off for every day after day 2.
10% 15% 20% off multi-piece reservations (10% off 2 inflatables, 15% off 3, 20% off 4 or more.)
***NOTE*** discounts do NOT stack. Only the highest discount will be applied to you reservation.
The following circumstances may incur more fees to be added to your event:
Clean up fee: Normal cleaning due to dirt, water, mud and grass is expected. There will be an additional $50 fee for any major clean up that must take place due to your event. This includes but not limited to: food, drinks, sand, pet feces, waxes, soaps, lubricates, or any other item or substance that may require additional cleaning. (Note: Silly string is NOT to be used. Silly string can damage an inflatable and you may be responsible to cover the cost to replace the unit.)
Same Day Delivery Fee: Our trucks are scheduled to go out once in the morning and once in the evening. If you book an event the same day our services are needed, there is a $50 same day deliver fee that will be added to schedule an additional truck to come into service. (This is provided our crew can accomodate the booking.) Any reservations made after 8pm for an event that is the very next day may also be subject to this deliver fee. Please plan ahead!
Overnight Fee: If your event last late into the evening and you would like to guarantee keeping the inflatables past 7pm, then there is a fee of 20% that can be added for all equipment to stay overnight and the equipment will be picked up early the next morning.
Weekend Discount: This is actually a discount, but to keep the inflatable for the full weekend (Friday evening to Sunday evening), there will be a 50% fee added to the list price. This fee will increase your time with the inflatable from the average of 9 hours to a total of about 48 hours.
All contracts are sent over email or you can book on the website. You will need to pay the $50 per unit deposit with a card or paypal and sign the contract to finalize the booking and take the rental off the website so no one else can reserve it. If you’d like to pay in full through the email, you can do so at any time.
The remaining balance is due the day of the party. We accept cash or card on site. Or you can finish paying the remaining balance through your email.
We all know you can’t control the weather especially here in the Mid-South. If weather.com is showing more than a 50% chance of rain for your zip code 24 hours before your event, then you have the option for a full refund or can reschedule, whatever is best for you.
If you’d still like to chance the odds we can still deliver if you’d like, regardless of rain (water units only) unless it’s calling for severe weather. Final decisions must be made by 8:00pm the night before your scheduled event. Any decisions made past 8:00pm are subject to a same day delivery fee. (i.e. you canceled the night prior, but woke up and the weather was nice and wanted to keep your original reservation.) Once delivery is made, payment in full is expected.
Jumpin’ Jackson’s Party Rentals holds the right to cancel any and all deliveries due to severe weather conditions to include (but not limited to) ice on the roads, sleet, thunderstorms, high winds, etc.)
A full refund will be issued for any cancellations more than 7 days from the day of your booked event.
Any cancellations within 7 days of your booked event will forfeit your deposit and any remaining payment will be refunded.
A full refund will be be issued if your event is canceled due to bad weather.
The following dates are the holidays for 2025 where no discounts will be applied to reservations.
-Memorial Day Weekend: May 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th
Fourth of July Weekend:
July 4th, 5th, 6th
Labor Day Weekend:
August 29th, 30th, 31st, September 1
Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
Please note that mud, water, dirt, grass and leaves may be on the inflatable just from travel, transport, weather or tear down and setup between parties.
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (100ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags. Any slides with top anchors that will be setup outdoors, will need to be at least near grassy area to anchor the top of the inflatable while the rest of the inflatable is on a hard surface such as concrete
